The Google Panda Effect
Im sure now that a lot of people, even webmasters, doesnt know what Google Panda is. Well until sometime before i was one of these peoples. Well here it is, the Google Panda project is a project that is working in the field of search engine optimization. We all know that Google is the most known and the biggest search engine in the world and is trying hard to keep this top ranking position.
Google engeeniers found out that the PageRank system is being abused very much by webmasters by using blackhat methods to get backlinks since backlinks are the core factor of the PageRanks system. So it looked like the center of the web itself were the links, but what about content?
All the webmasters were trying hard to get as much backlinks as possible using both whitehat and blackhat methods, so it seems like all the web is just links and nothing more. Well thats not true and Google is trying to show this.
